As the founder of the Quantum Coalition Network, my journey began on the bustling floors of Wall Street which led me through a series of groundbreaking experiences that shaped my vision for a more inclusive and equitable future.

My career started as a Legal Negotiator then transitioning into wealth management banking. I found myself as the only Black female banker on the Upper East Side at one of the most prestigious historical banks. This experience was both empowering and isolating, as I navigated a world where I was often the first and only person of my background in the room.

My career progressed further when I moved into a prominent role in sales and trading at a major investment firm, once again becoming the first and only Black female in their division. These experiences highlighted the systemic barriers that exist in industries shaping our world, and I felt a growing desire to challenge these norms.

Motherhood and Realization

Becoming a mother was a transformative moment in my life. It was then that I realized the importance of breaking the cycle of limitation that I had experienced throughout my career. I wanted to create a world where my daughter, and others like her, could see themselves in any role they aspired to, without the constraints of societal expectations.

Vision for Change

This realization fueled my passion to connect with people across various industries, breaking barriers and taking up seats in places that historically did not consider individuals like us. I envisioned a community where diversity was not just accepted but celebrated, and where the next generation could be exposed to endless possibilities.

With this vision in mind, I founded the non-profit Quantum Coalition Network. Our mission is to create a vibrant community that provides safe spaces for connection, growth, and advocacy. By harnessing the power of influence, we aim to inspire learning, spark transformation, and champion systemic change.

Our Approach

Through our network of disruptors in finance, law, healthcare, technology, entertainment, and education, we strive to challenge norms, demand equity, and drive meaningful progress. We focus on:
